Snowblast

I started working on this game for the 2023 Secret Santa jam, but my giftee dropped out. 

After the jam, I added a few features and polished the game slightly.  

Your goal is simply to survive for as long as possible by building turrets/walls out of snow. Good luck!

-Controls-

WASD to move

Use the mouse to aim

Left click to shoot

Right click to delete structures 

1-4 to build

The square on the bottom right enables/disables performance mode. It is enabled by default

-Structures-

1: Turret (50 snowcoins)

2: Snow Wall (20 snowcoins)

3: Slush Wall (can be fired through) (50 snowcoins)

4: Ice wall (can be fired through and placed on top of turrets) (20 snowcoins)

-Further Development Goals-

-More structures, like healing drones or shield generators, that can increase the autonomy of bases

-Enemy variety, like enemies that lob shots at the player

-Better graphics for upgrade cards

-Balancing tweaks, like preventing turret spam

-Meta progression, maybe with weapon purchases
